About The Ops Manual
The Ops Manual is an independent Australian reference site about the unglamorous machinery of running a business well: standard operating procedures, delegation, systems, money admin and resilience. It exists because most operations advice is either enterprise-scale theatre or thinly disguised software marketing, and small businesses deserve better than both.
Everything here follows three rules. Facts must be verifiable, so we do not publish invented statistics, prices, or case studies. Regulatory content stays conceptual, with the current detail left to the official source — the ATO, business.gov.au, the Fair Work Ombudsman, the OAIC and the Australian Cyber Security Centre are linked wherever relevant. And nothing is for sale: no sponsored placements, no affiliate links, no email walls in front of the templates.
